Duties
- Perform eyelash extension applications, brow shaping, tinting, and grooming with precision and artistry
- Deliver complementary aesthetic treatments such as dermal fillers, chemical peels, or botulinum toxin injections when qualified
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards for all tools and treatment areas to ensure client safety
- Consult with clients to understand their beauty goals and recommend suitable services or products
- Manage appointment scheduling using salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY, ensuring smooth client flow
- Promote retail sales of beauty products and skincare lines through effective upselling techniques
- Engage with clients via social media management to showcase work, promote specials, and build a loyal community
Requirements
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a lash artist or esthetician with a strong portfolio of eyelash extensions and brow services
- Certification or licensing in cosmetology, esthetician practices, or nursing with additional training in injection administration or dermal fillers preferred
- Knowledge of advanced aesthetic treatments including hair threading, body waxing, dermabrasion, and laser procedures such as esthetic laser treatment
- Familiarity with salon management software like Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client records
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients about treatments and aftercare instructions
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Up-to-date sanitation practices aligned with health regulations for all cosmetic procedures
