Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $75,000 - $85,000 annually
- Full-time schedule

Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse and distribution center operations
- Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and warehouse associates
- Monitor productivity, quality, and operational performance metrics
- Ensure inventory accuracy and efficient workflow throughout the facility
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
- Coordinate staffing and daily operational priorities
- Maintain compliance with company policies and OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations
- Prepare operational reports and communicate performance to leadership
- Foster a safe, organized, and positive work environment
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous operations management experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment required
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
