This is a strong fit for someone who wants to work with buyers and investors while building real knowledge in a focused niche, while earning rewarding commissions.
You will learn to attract clients, learn to present investment-focused opportunities, and learn to build consistency using proven systems. With ongoing coaching and mentorship, you will learn to review property performance, communicate value clearly, and guide clients through acquisition decisions with more confidence.
You will learn to stay focused within a specific segment, manage conversations with investors, and build steady progress through daily activity. The environment values accountability, collaboration, and hands-on learning with clear expectations and support.

Responsibilities:-
Convert pre-qualified leads

Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers

Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure the growth of our customer base

Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly

Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
