Janitorial Cleaner – Weekend Shift (Part-Time, Weekend Shift)
Job Description:
Maug Cleaning, Inc. is hiring Janitorial Cleaners for weekend shift positions in Eau Claire, WI.
This is a team-based role in office buildings and commercial facilities with evening hours and a flexible schedule.
Pay & Schedule
- $16.00/hour
- Saturday: 6:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
- Sunday: 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
- 6 hours bi-weekly
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain offices, healthcare facilities, and commercial spaces
- Perform routine janitorial tasks including trash removal, floor care, surface cleaning, and restrooms
- Work with a team each night across assigned locations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
What to Expect:
- Flexible night schedule
- Work across one or multiple nearby locations
- Bending, lifting (up to 40 lbs), and repetitive movement
- Physically active role (walking 10,000+ steps per day)
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Possess a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Comfortable traveling between facilities (up to ~60 miles/day)
