We're looking for an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician who takes pride in solving problems, providing outstanding customer service, and delivering quality work. If you're looking for a stable career with a respected company—not just another job—we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain commercial refrigeration equipment.
- Service walk-in coolers and freezers, reach-in coolers and freezers, prep tables, ice machines, display cases, and other commercial refrigeration systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues efficiently.
- Recommend equipment repairs, replacements, and system upgrades when appropriate.
- Travel to customer locations in a company-provided service vehicle.
- Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules, emergency service calls, and job completion.
- Complete work orders using a tablet or smartphone.
- Build strong relationships by providing honest, professional customer service.
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices.
QualificationsRequired
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial refrigeration experience
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently while working as part of a team
- Comfortable using a tablet or smartphone
Preferred
- Experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
