Auto Doctors is hiring a Shop Lead Foreman for our Gardner location.
This is not an entry-level role and not a “just fix what’s handed to you” position. This is an opportunity for a strong diagnostic technician to lead the shop floor and set the standard for quality, productivity, and professionalism.

The Role
- Advanced diagnostics (electrical, drivability, network systems)
- Set the standard for production and quality
- Support and guide other technicians
- Help maintain workflow and shop efficiency
- Produce consistent Individual billed hours
- Take ownership of customer retention through accurate work
