We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Aspire Senior Living Joplin, a premier resident-focused care provider in Joplin, MO. About the Role:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Aspire Senior Living Joplin, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. You will be responsible for:
Providing direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed
Conducting resident assessments and developing individualized care plans
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal resident outcomes
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and services
Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall care experience
Responsibilities:
Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the Licensed Registered Nurse or other healthcare professionals
Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
Participate in in-service training and educational programs to stay up-to-date on best practices and regulatory requirements
Perform other duties as assigned by the Registered Nurse or Administrator
