Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment safely and efficiently
- Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary tools or supplies
- Support construction or maintenance teams with basic tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and colleagues
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision, ensuring proper handling and maintenance
- Help with site cleanup and disposal of debris to keep the workspace tidy and hazard-free
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Experience
- Previous experience in general labor or construction environments is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to manual labor tasks
- Reliable transportation or access to reliable commuting options
