Job Summary
We are seeking hard working individuals to join our insulation install team. The ideal candidate will have experience in air sealing techniques and materials, with a strong understanding of construction processes. This role involves working in attic spaces to air seal residential homes, ensuring energy efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Seal air gaps around plumbing, wiring and other protrusions throughout the attic.
- Cap any recessed can lights
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to site safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Flexibility and good balance are crucial skills needed.
- Consistency in work and showing up on time.
- Familiarity with construction site practices and safety standards.
- Skills in air sealing are highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
- We are willing to train the right person if you have a strong desire to learn and have a strong work ethic.
