Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients throughout their visit
- Obtain patient medical and ocular history
- Perform pre-testing and diagnostic testing, including:
- Visual acuity
- Auto-refraction
- Intraocular pressure (IOP)
- Supplemental testing as needed
- Accurately document information in the electronic medical record
- Assist with front desk responsibilities, including patient check-in/check-out and scheduling
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office
- Work closely with doctors and fellow team members to provide an outstanding patient experience
Qualifications
