This person will be contacting service customers by phone and email to ensure their complete satisfaction. This position will assist the service department with phone call overflow and set appointments for customers. We need someone who people can hear their smile through the phone. Pleasant voice and personality a must. Must be organized and persistent. This position will be Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Manage direct client contact, schedule service appointments, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain high-quality customer service through active listening, clear communication, and professional phone etiquette.
- Enter and update customer data in the CRM, track interactions, and ensure data accuracy.
- Support sales opportunities when appropriate and assist with basic order processing and cash handling as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.22 - $18.03 per hour
