Monitor quality standards and conduct routine inspections to ensure departmental expectations, infection prevention practices, and regulatory requirements are consistently met.
Serve as the primary contact for the Environmental Services Help Desk by receiving, prioritizing, and responding to maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, and custodial requests. Responds to Help Desk calls received through the designated mobile application and returns calls promptly when unavailable.
Manage the work order system, including entering, assigning, tracking, updating, and closing work orders.
Coordinate communication between Environmental Services, residents, and other departments regarding service requests.
Process Environmental Services billing, including coding invoices and resident charge entries.
Assist with purchasing, inventory coordination, and billing associated with remodeling and capital improvement projects as assigned.
Maintain department records, reports, and other administrative documentation.
Promote excellent customer service and positive relationships with residents, visitors, and team members.
