We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and mechanical systems. Responsibilities
- Service and repair HVAC systems including commercial & residential.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend system lifespan.
- Troubleshoot electrical components using tools such as ohmmeters and diagnostic software to identify faults efficiently.
- Conduct plumbing work related to HVAC systems, ensuring proper connections and leak prevention.
- Repair mechanical components such as motors, pumps, valves, and weld metal parts when necessary.
- Assist with HVAC design modifications or upgrades to improve system efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
- Operate a vehicle safely for field service appointments across multiple sites.
- Maintain detailed service records, reports, and logs for all work performed.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards while providing excellent customer service.
Skills
- Extensive service technician experience in HVAC/R environments with a focus on troubleshooting and repairs.
- Strong knowledge of schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams for complex HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with HVAC design principles for system upgrades or new installations.
- Mechanical knowledge related to boilers, pumps, motors, welding techniques, and equipment repair.
- Field service expertise with the ability to diagnose issues efficiently on-site under time-sensitive conditions.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters or multimeters for electrical troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of property maintenance procedures related to air conditioning systems and overall building comfort solutions.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
