Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced baker with 3–5 years of professional baking experience in a commercial kitchen to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and test new pastries to keep our menu fresh, seasonal, and innovative.
- Prepare a wide variety of baked goods, including donuts, cakes, Danish, croissants, cookies, desserts, and pies.
- Accurately scale recipes, follow standardized production procedures, and operate commercial baking equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail while effectively multitasking in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
- Learn and execute all aspects of opening production, ensuring consistency and quality across all products.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high production standards and an organized workspace.

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
