The Role As an Outside Sales Representative, you won't be stuck behind a desk. You will be out in the field, building relationships, hitting job sites, and closing deals. Your primary focus will be connecting with general contractors, project managers, property managers, and developers to secure commercial accounts and project contracts. Key Responsibilities: Prospect & Close: Actively hunt for new business through field visits, cold calling, and networking with local contractors and developers. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the construction and property management industries. Consultative Selling: Assess client needs on-site and present the right mix of services (dumpsters, rough cleans, final cleans, or junk removal). Deal Management: Generate accurate quotes, follow up consistently, and close the deal. What We’re Looking For The Right Attitude: You are self-motivated, aggressive but professional, and don’t take "no" for an answer. Field Experience: Experience in outside sales, business development, or the construction/contracting industry is a major plus, but a proven track record of closing deals is what matters most. Strong Communicator: You know how to talk to a site superintendent in the morning and a corporate executive in the afternoon. Reliable Transportation: You will be traveling daily throughout the local territory to meet clients and visit sites.
