Converts cash deals to finance
-
Process finance and lease deals accurately & fairly through financial sources to secure approval
-
Process federal and state and dealer paperwork related to vehicles transaction
-
Must understand and comply with federal and state and local regulations that affect the new and used vehicle & finance department

Completes paperwork necessary for vehicle sales and lease prior to sending to accounting
-
Checks paperwork for correct title and lien information and taxes before forwarding to accounting
-
Ensures full coverage insurance is on all vehicles sold prior to customers leaving the dealership

Works with sales manager to secure a reasonable profit from each sale

Coordinates finance forecasting with sales department

Ensures collection of all finance and insurance fees
-
Takes all credit applications

Provide leadership and training where necessary

Must acquire and maintain current state insurance licenses
-
Bachelor's Degree or 5 years equivalent experience

Previous Auto Industry Experience is Required

Ability to analyze and write reports and journals

Follow procedures/regulations

Must have a clean background and driving record

Must pass a pre-employment drug test
