Responsibilities
The humanities teacher will teach middle school and/or high school literature and history courses at our growing Christian, covenantal, and classical school. This role involves developing and delivering engaging instruction that integrates a Christian worldview with the study of Western civilization's great works and historical developments while nurturing the spiritual and intellectual growth of students.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must be a committed Christian who is currently an active member of a local Bible-believing church and demonstrates a consistent Christian worldview in both teaching and life. Candidates must hold at least a bachelor's degree or possess qualifying employment history that demonstrates readiness for this teaching role. Preferred majors include History, Humanities & Literature, though candidates with other relevant educational backgrounds and a demonstrated love for literature and history will also be considered.
Requirements
- 2-8 years of experience teaching Christian Worldview Integration
- 4-8 years of Classical Education experience
- 3-4 years of Classroom Management experience
- 2-4 years of Curriculum Development experience
- 3-5 years of English Language Arts experience

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
