- Sales & Goal Achievement: Actively engage with customers to help them find the right products for their needs, while driving store sales and meeting or exceeding sales goals. You'll be expected to create an inviting environment that encourages customers to return.
- Maintain Store Presentation: Help keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Ensure that products are properly displayed and stock levels are maintained.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to meet store objectives. Maintain open communication and offer support where needed to create a positive, efficient work environment.
