Scouting America Longhorn Council seeks a Youth Development District Executive to support district operations in membership growth, revenue development, customer service, and program delivery.
The District Executive acts as the operational officer of the district, accepting responsibility for the success or failure of a specific share of the enterprise. They work through a volunteer board to conduct fundraising campaigns and secure donations, to sustain and grow youth and adult membership, and to recruit, train, and oversee volunteers to deliver Scouting programs through community partners.
This position reports to a Field Director and provides leadership within an assigned geographic area. This is an exempt, salary position.

- $52,000 salary (exempt).
- An individual office and computer are provided.

- Paid vacation and ten council-observed holidays.
