Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented team associates to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Need to be able to lift at least 50 lbs. This is a brand new The UPS Store location. Applicants need to be aware this is a first time owner looking for qualified candidates to help start a store from the ground up. All hires will be associates to start.
Duties
- Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Conduct shift management duties, including opening and closing the store..
- Maintain a well-organized stockroom and ensure that merchandise is displayed effectively on the sales floor.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and high performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing print jobs or a similar a plus
- Ability to manage shifts effectively while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Exceptional leadership qualities with a focus on motivating others to succeed.
