We are a French Cafe, serving Breakfast and Lunch. Our food is excellent, we cook from scratch with our proprietary recipes. We have been servicing Tucson since 1992, we love what we do and it shows. We are open Tuesday-Sunday, you would need to be available within those days.
We are looking for an experienced Dishwasher to join our kitchen staff and maintain cleanliness around our restaurant, and be able to prep cook and deep clean during down time. Dishwasher responsibilities include collecting used dishes, plates and utensils, loading washing machines and stacking washed items appropriately. If you want to kickstart your career in the restaurant industry and be part of the behind-the-scenes operations, we’d like to meet you. Note that this role requires working in shifts and during holidays and weekends. Ultimately, you’ll help provide an unforgettable dining experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
- Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators
- Sweep or scrub floors
- Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
- Assist with food preparation and food handling as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a hotel, kitchen, or hospitality setting is preferred
- Familiarity with basic food preparation and handling techniques is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Skills:
- Knowledge of proper sanitation and hygiene practices in a kitchen environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with other kitchen staff members
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
