As we expand our Quantum Fiber campaign, we're looking for driven, personable, and outgoing individuals to join us as Entry Level Customer Associates.
This is a full-time, in-person position where you'll engage residential customers in assigned territories, introduce them to Quantum Fiber's ultra-fast fiber connectivity, and guide them toward solutions that genuinely fit their everyday needs. This role is not remote, hybrid, or call-center based - it's built for people who thrive in real conversations and enjoy making a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Associate
- Meet with residential customers in person to introduce Quantum Fiber's reliable high-speed internet services
- Guide natural, consultative conversations that highlight the everyday benefits of fiber connectivity
- Help customers understand how Quantum Fiber supports their lifestyle and internet needs
- Recommend tailored internet packages that match individual preferences and encourage long-term satisfaction
- Document customer preferences and maintain accuracy across all accounts
- Provide ongoing support to ensure customers experience the full value of their Quantum Fiber service
Qualifications of the Entry Level Customer Associate
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred
- A strong interest in sales, customer support, or account management is a plus
- Tech-savvy mindset with an eagerness to learn Quantum Fiber's products and services
- Self-motivated with proactive habits and a drive for consistent results
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in account handling and follow-up
- Excellent communication skills and a genuinely positive, people-first attitude

Pay: $750.00 - $1,300.00 per week
