Greenpark Compounding Pharmacy is an independent 503A sterile and non-sterile compounding pharmacy in the West U/Southside Place area. We prepare customized medications for patients and physician practices across Texas, so accuracy and good patient service matter in everything we do.
What you'll do:
- Check patients out at the front counter, verify the right prescription goes to the right patient, and collect payment
- Process card, cash, and HSA/FSA transactions and reconcile the register daily
- Answer phones, greet walk-ins, and route clinical questions to the pharmacist or technician team
- Pack prescriptions for local pickup and keep the will-call area organized
- Package and label orders for shipping, including cold-chain shipments with ice packs and insulated containers
- Generate shipping labels, schedule carrier pickups, and track outgoing packages
- Keep the front desk and packing station clean and stocked
- Follow HIPAA requirements and protect patient privacy
What we're looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Accurate with cash and card handling
- Clear, friendly communication in person and on the phone
- Strong attention to detail (double-checking names, addresses, and labels before anything ships)
- Reliable attendance
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer skills
Preferred:
- Prior pharmacy experience (retail, compounding, or clinical)
- Familiarity with pharmacy software or shipping platforms
- Bilingual English/Spanish
