We own and manage a 45-unit residential rental property in Bay Shore, NY, and are looking for a reliable, hands-on maintenance technician to handle routine upkeep and small repairs across the building.
This is a general upkeep and maintenance role, focused on the day-to-day fixes that keep units and common areas running smoothly. Larger projects and major repairs are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Responsibilities:
Basic plumbing: leaks, faucets, toilets, drain clears, valve swaps
Basic electrical: outlets, switches, fixtures, breakers
Sheetrock/drywall patching and minor wall repair
General maintenance and day-to-day upkeep of units and common areas
Schedule and pay:
Part-time, 2–3 days per week maximum
Flexible scheduling — we can work around your availability
Pay discussed based on experience
We're looking for someone based on Long Island, ideally in or near Bay Shore/Islip, for close proximity and quick response times.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
