Position Summary
The Warranty Administrator manages customer warranty claims from initial contact through final resolution. This position administers Return Material Authorizations (RMAs), replacement orders, repairs, credits, and warranty documentation while providing exceptional customer service. Working closely with Customer Care, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Shipping, and Accounting, this role ensures timely claim resolution, maintains accurate records, analyzes warranty trends, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer warranty inquiries and claim resolution.
- Evaluate warranty eligibility and process RMAs, replacement orders, repairs, credits, and related documentation.
- Coordinate replacement shipments, product returns, and engineering evaluations.
- Track warranty claims through completion and communicate status to customers and internal departments.
- Maintain accurate warranty records and reports using company business systems.
- Analyze warranty data, identify trends, and prepare management reports.
- Support warranty-related software, documentation, and administrative processes.
- Partners with Engineering, Quality, Customer Care, and Accounting to improve warranty performance and customer satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two (2) years of experience in warranty administration, customer service, or a related administrative role.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Ability to learn ERP and other business software applications.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business, Accounting, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Experience in manufacturing, electronics, automotive, or commercial vehicle industries.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, warranty management, or IssueTrak software.

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
