About Les Cactus
Les Cactus is a 28-room boutique hotel in Palm Springs offering a calm, design-forward guest experience. We have a small, dedicated onsite massage room serving hotel guests only. Massage is a curated amenity—not a high-volume spa—and we are looking for a therapist who values quality, hospitality, and consistency.
Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed massage therapist to provide massage services to hotel guests and help manage the day-to-day readiness of our onsite massage room. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys a boutique environment, flexible hours, and direct guest interaction.
In addition to providing massage services, the therapist will proactively connect with in-house guests to offer massage availability during their stay and ensure the massage room remains clean, stocked, and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional massage services to hotel guests
- Proactively contact in-house guests to offer massage services during their stay
- Manage appointment scheduling and availability
- Prepare the massage room before and after each service
- Maintain the massage room in compliance with all applicable California health, safety, and licensing requirements
- Track and manage inventory of linens, oils, and supplies
- Communicate with hotel management regarding demand, scheduling, and supply needs
- Represent Les Cactus with warmth, professionalism, and discretion

- $20 per hour for all worked time (massage time and non-massage duties)
- 15% commission per completed massage, calculated on the pre-tax service price charged to the guest
- 100% of guest tips are retained by the therapist
Total earnings vary based on guest bookings and tips. There are no guaranteed hours.
Expected Hours
