About the Role
We are looking for 2 full-time team members to join our shop team. We are a fast-paced but laid-back aluminum fabrication company that has been in business for over 15 years. If you like working with your hands, learning new skills, and being part of a team that builds custom products, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
- Cut, sand, drill, and assemble aluminum parts
- Help build aluminum canopy frames
- Use hand and power tools
- Support day-to-day shop production
- Help keep work accurate, organized, and moving
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and ready to work
- Willingness to learn
- Experience with hand and power tools preferred
- Fabrication, assembly, or construction experience is a plus
- Ability to read a tape measure beneficial

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
