Execute with Precision: Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies. Prepare dishes to exact specifications and maintain high-quality plating standards. Manage the Heat: Handle high-volume service with composure. You’ll be responsible for cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff. Maintain the Standard: Ensure that the kitchen, BOH areas, and equipment are kept clean, sanitized, and organized at all times. Monitor Inventory: Help track supplies and notify management of low stock to ensure we never miss a beat during service. Safety First: Comply with all food architectural and sanitary regulations and safety standards.
