Position Overview
Dream Acres Pool Company is looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our Pool Installation Crew. This position works alongside our construction team to build custom swimming pools and outdoor living spaces throughout Middle Tennessee.
No two days are the same. One day you may be helping set a fiberglass pool, the next assisting with plumbing, equipment installation, decking, grading, or site cleanup. Responsibilities
- Drive company or vehicle to job sites (must have valid driver’s license).
- Assist with swimming pool construction and installation
- Help with excavation preparation and site setup
- Install plumbing, equipment, and pool components
- Assist with concrete, paver, and landscaping work around pools
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow all company safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.
Compensation
- Pay: Based on experience (competitive rates).
- Opportunities for overtime and advancement.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday (7am-5pm - 40 base pay hours plus 10 overtime pay hours)
- Occasional weekends as needed
