We are looking for a high-level Office Manager who understands dentistry deeply and can run the clinic with precision, leadership, and confidence.
This is not a basic front desk role.
This is a true operational leadership position inside a high-volume clinic built for growth, systems, and efficiency.

Role Summary
You will oversee the day-to-day operations of a modern digital dental clinic, ensure smooth patient flow, manage the front and back teams, and maintain high standards of efficiency, communication, and patient experience.
You will work closely with the owner doctor and clinical team, making decisions that impact productivity, patient satisfaction, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations
- Oversee all daily operations of the clinic
- Lead the front office team with structure, coaching, and accountability
- Maintain smooth flow between hygiene, dental assistants, and doctors
- Ensure the clinic runs on time and stays on schedule
- Solve problems fast and make decisions confidently
Patient Experience & Communication
- Greet patients, manage check-in/out, and maintain a warm, professional environment
- Present treatment plans confidently and handle financial discussions
- Resolve patient concerns and maintain high satisfaction
Administrative Excellence
- Manage schedules, confirmations, insurance coordination, and collections
- Oversee new patient pipeline and keep high conversion rates
- Ensure all documentation, consent forms, and compliance protocols are accurate
Clinical Understanding
- Understand dental terminology, procedures, and workflows
- Assist in calibrating assistants, hygiene, and clinical systems
- Support the doctor with clinical coordination and treatment planning logistics
