Starting Pay: $26.00/hour during training with performance-based increases as training is completed and knowledge, licensing, and responsibilities grow.

We are seeking a motivated, licensed Pest Control Applicator or Field Representative who is dependable, mechanically inclined, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial pest control services on an assigned route.
- Conduct inspections and identify pest issues.
- Recommend treatment solutions and provide excellent customer communication.
- Operate specialized equipment, including the PERC 2000 carbon monoxide gopher control machine and air compressor.
- Perform routine maintenance on company vehicles and equipment, including checking oil, fluid levels, tire pressure, filters, and general preventative maintenance.
- Maintain accurate electronic service records using company software.
- Safely handle and apply pesticides in accordance with California regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional appearance.
- Represent Terra X Pest Services with integrity and professionalism at every customer location.
Minimum Qualifications
- California Structural Pest Control Board Applicator License (Branch 2) required.
- Field Representative License (Branch 2) strongly preferred.
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and maintain insurability under the company's commercial auto insurance policy.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform routine maintenance on company vehicles and specialized equipment, including the PERC 2000 carbon monoxide machine and air compressor.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage a daily service route.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to safely lift at least 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and dependable work ethic.
