We are currently seeking a driver for 2 person teams to pickup and deliver packages from local customer locations.
We are looking to hire a PT Courier in the Hayward, CA area. This position is Part-Time, 20 hours per week. Monday - Friday from 6am-10am at $19.32/hour.
Responsibilities for a Courier:
- Load and unload shipments for delivery.
- Knowledge of and abide by all safety, security, and operating procedures for pickup and delivery of customer packages and operating motor vehicles including remaining in compliance with all Federal, state, and local laws.
- Scan information on airbills and manifests.
Requirements for a Courier:
- Verifiable / Proof of high school diploma, GED or higher education
- 7 years of verifiable employment
- 3-year clean driving record
- Applicants must be able to pass a credit check, 10 documented background check and criminal history check.
- Applicants must complete TSA testing.
- Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
- Applicants must possess a valid class "D" driver's license (a CDL is NOT required).
- Applicants must have and maintain a clean and verifiable driving history,
- Applicants must be able to maintain MNX’s Driver Safety Standards.
- Applicants must be able to lift in excess of 70lbs.
- Position requires the ability to communicate (write and speak) in English and the ability to provide general direction to others.
This position is Part-Time, 20 hours per week. Monday - Friday from 6am-10am at $19.32/hour. You will also be expected to cover when the other drivers are on vacation or leave sick.

MNX, a UPS Company will award all qualified candidates hired as of July 1, 2021 with a $1000 USD sign-on/retention bonus. The bonus will be distributed in two equal payments to the hired candidate that is active at the time of payout. The first payment of $500 will be distributed following the hired candidate’s successful completion of 90 days. The second payment of $500 will be distributed after the hired candidate has completed six months of continuous service.
