Maintenance Technician

Pay: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour (based on experience)
Overview:
We are hiring a dependable Maintenance Technician to support our growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Dickinson, ND. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, self-motivated, and committed to providing excellent customer service to our tenants.
Responsibilities:
- Complete maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, general repairs)
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and determine appropriate solutions
- Maintain clean, safe, and functional properties
- Communicate professionally with tenants and team members
- Travel between multiple properties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous maintenance or related experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical work as needed
