Hapa Sushi in Boulder (Pearl St.) is currently hiring an Experienced Expo.
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE RUNNING AN EXPO WINDOW.
The Expo coordinates and communicates all orders between the FOH and BOH as well as between the kitchen and the sushi bar. The ideal candidate will have excelent communication, organization, be detail oriented and strive under pressure.
We have an extensive sushi menu as well as great hot food and you will be required to learn every ingredient in every menu item.
If you do not have at least 2years experience running an Expo window, please do not apply.
