Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our real estate team. As an Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our real estate operations by conducting market research, data analysis, generating reports, and providing insights to support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in residential and commercial real estate markets.
- Create financial models and analysis to evaluate property investments, including cash flow projections, ROI calculations, and sensitivity analysis.
- Support the underwriting process by gathering and analyzing property data, market comparables, and due diligence documents.
- Prepare investment memos and reports for ownership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including acquisitions, asset management, and development to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of performance reports.
- Support with bank reporting requirements
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required to support the overall objectives of the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in real estate analysis, finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of real estate market fundamentals, investment principles, and valuation techniques is a plus.
- Proficiency in Yardi and Argus real estate softwares is desirable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
