We are currently recruiting a Network Planning Expert for a fast-growing logistics company in Eastvale, California.
This position will play a key role in warehouse network planning, routing optimization, delivery zone design, cost modeling, and network capacity planning. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in logistics network planning, transportation planning, supply chain optimization, or operational analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead warehouse network layout planning and continuous optimization
- Design and optimize routing waves and operational flow strategies
- Improve delivery zone planning to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Build and maintain logistics network cost models
- Analyze transit time, service level, capacity, and operational performance
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and productivity improvement
- Support network expansion and long-term capacity planning
- Coordinate cross-functional operations during peak seasons
- Work closely with algorithm, technology, warehouse, transportation, and operations teams
- Provide actionable recommendations to leadership based on operational data
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in logistics network planning, transportation planning, supply chain optimization, or a related area
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, route planning, delivery zones, and logistics network structures
- Experience with cost modeling, operational analytics, and performance optimization
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Ability to interpret large operational data sets and translate findings into practical recommendations
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly growing logistics environment
- Must be bilingual in Mandarin and English
Experience in last-mile delivery, e-commerce logistics, third-party logistics, routing systems, or transportation management systems is highly preferred.
Pay: $85,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
