Key Responsibilities for the Tariff & Tax Consultant

Review and analyze tariff and tax-related transactions and documentation
-
Work directly with senior leadership on high-priority initiatives and special projects
-
Process and update tariff-related information within company systems
-
Help reduce and eliminate existing backlogs through timely review and processing

Utilize SAP and Excel to track, analyze, and maintain accurate records
-
Research discrepancies and provide recommendations for resolution

Support reporting and documentation associated with tariff and taxation activities
Qualifications for the Tariff & Tax Consultant
Required:

Experience working with tariffs and taxation
-
Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas
-
Professional communication skills and executive presence
-
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Preferred:

SAP experience

Experience working directly with senior leadership teams

Background in manufacturing, importing/exporting, or complex tax environments
