As a Fundraising Support Specialist, you'll serve as a key point of contact for fundraising participants, helping ensure they have a positive and successful experience.

Conduct outbound calls to fundraising participants to thank them for their involvement and support.

Provide high level support to 100+ participants daily.
- Provide event and program support, answer questions, and offer guidance.

Help participants maximize their fundraising efforts and achieve their goals.

Respond to inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.

Collect participant feedback and document interactions.

Accept donations over the phone and accurately process donor information.

Enter and maintain participant and donation records within company systems.

Utilize participant management and outbound calling software.

High School Diploma or GED
-
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience:

Call center experience preferred

Fundraising, nonprofit, or volunteer experience preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Teams

Professional phone presence and excellent customer service skills

Ability to remain calm and solution-focused during challenging situations

Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM
