You’ll provide essential support for Extended School Year (ESY) services, working in-person to help students meet their physical therapy goals throughout the summer.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of best practices in school PT services
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and support staff
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Commitment to creating a supportive, inclusive learning environment for students
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct physical therapy services to students in alignment with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and reevaluations as required by state and local guidelines
- Document therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes with accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to update goals and strategies
- Adapt therapeutic techniques to a school environment, maximizing student participation and independence
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development
