Experience
- Prior bartending experience preferred. Knowledge of common cocktails, beer, and wine
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling
Skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Accuracy in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Knowledge of state/local alcohol service laws
- Ability to monitor and responsibly serve alcohol (recognizing intoxication)
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 25–30 lbs (cases of beer, kegs, etc.)
- Manual dexterity for pouring, shaking, and garnishing drinks
