Neillio’s of Lexington is a well-established, owner-operated gourmet carry-out and corporate catering shop known for exceptional food and warm hospitality.
We are looking for a friendly, polished, dependable team members to welcome guests and run our front of house counter. We are looking for team members interested in a long-term year-round position with us: this is not a seasonal role.
Responsibilities include:
- Warmly greet guests with a smile and providing high-level customer service
- Operate POS with accuracy & calm under pressure
- Coordinate front of house flow
- Maintaining product displays and restocking
- Maintain a clean, professional counter and work area
- Working as part of a fast-paced team
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Professional, positive, and reliable
- Team-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Comfortable in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Food service experience a plus, but not required — we will train the right person!
- Someone who loves being the face of the business
Schedule & Compensation:
- Full & Part time shifts available
- FT Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm
- Part Time Cashier shifts available, 3pm-730pm M-F, Saturdays 10am-5pm
- No late nights. No Sundays.
