NOW HIRING – TEMPORARY TICKET OFFICE AGENT
The Florida Railroad Museum is looking for temporary seasonal help in our Ticket Office as we prepare for our busy fall and holiday event season! This job will start on September 28, 2026 and run through December 22, 2026.
This position will primarily provide additional support to our Ticket Office team as we prepare tickets and materials for the Pumpkin Patch Express and North Pole Express.
Job duties may include:
- Preparing, organizing, and sorting event tickets
- Printing and assembling ticket orders
- Reviewing ticket information for accuracy
- Answering phones and assisting customers
- Helping with ticket sales and customer questions
- Organizing event paperwork and materials
- Providing general support to the Ticket Office team as needed
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Dependable and punctual
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with computers
- Able to learn our ticketing system
- Friendly and professional when speaking with customers
- Able to work efficiently in a busy office environment
- Comfortable handling repetitive tasks that require accuracy and attention to detail
This is a temporary seasonal position to assist us during our busiest time of the year. The hours to start will be 9 am - 4:30 pm. Hours will change for our North Pole Express event. Starting November 27 the the hours will be 12 pm - 8 pm.
