We’re looking for someone with a passion for baking to join our team in creating warm, nostalgic, homemade-style cookies that remind people of grandma’s kitchen — just on a much busier schedule.
Our shop is cozy, welcoming, and full of the smell of fresh-baked cookies. We keep things friendly and fun, but we work with purpose. We believe in doing things the right way: real ingredients, real recipes, real teamwork.

What You’ll Do
This role blends from-scratch production baking with front counter customer service — because in our shop, everyone is part of the experience.
In the Kitchen:
- Prepare cookie doughs from scratch using quality ingredients
- Cream, mix, scoop, bake, and finish cookies with consistency and care
- Follow time-tested recipes while maintaining efficiency during busy periods
- Keep production organized and on schedule
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked kitchen
- Take pride in creating cookies that look and taste like homemade perfection
At the Counter:
- Welcome customers warmly — like they’re guests in your kitchen
- Share flavor descriptions and ingredient information with confidence
- Package cookies beautifully and accurately
- Make coffee drinks that will delight the customer (will train on this)
- Handle transactions efficiently
- Help keep the shop clean, cozy, and inviting
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of scratch baking experience (required) even if it's in your own kitchen
- Strong understanding of baking fundamentals and mixing methods
- Attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to move with urgency while maintaining quality
- Friendly, approachable communication style
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50-80 lbs
- Flexible availability, including weekends
- At least 18 years old
- Holds a current/or can obtain a food handlers certification
