Career Coach/Case Managers- needed for workforce development program in Detroit. Duties include outreach and recruitment, eligibility documentation, workshop presentations, developing resources, conducting assessments, and progressive case management. Program is very customer driven with performance outcomes and goals. Being able to follow WIOA policies and local procedures is a must. Develops employment training plans leading to successful employment. Must have customer service driven attitude. BA/BS degree preferred.
