```Duties```
- Prep and finish cabinets according to specifications and customer requirements
- Apply stains, paints, and finishes (mostly waterborne) to cabinets using AAA and HVLP spray equipment
- Sand and smooth surfaces to ensure a high-quality finish
- Repair and touch up cabinets as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as a Cabinet Finisher or similar role, using spray finishing equipment
- Knowledge of painting techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for cabinet fabrication
