Position Summary:
We’re hiring Line Cooks who thrive in a high-volume kitchen and can execute dishes with consistency and urgency. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and work well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
- Ensure all food is prepared and plated consistently
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with prep, stocking, and cleaning as needed
- Communicate effectively with kitchen team and expo
Qualifications:
- Previous line cook experience required (pizza experience a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety standards
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
