Job Summary
We are seeking a professional Receptionist for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Tustin, CA within a consumer packaged goods manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys being the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and internal team members.
The Receptionist will help create a welcoming front office experience while supporting daily administrative operations. Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, clients, vendors, and employees in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer incoming calls, route inquiries, and provide accurate information as needed.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate calendars, and assist with meeting arrangements.
- Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, document preparation, and clerical tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Support office operations by helping with general administrative requests and daily workflow.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $22 to $26 per hour.
