Core Responsibilities
Your primary focus will be supporting the ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of our manufacturing equipment and operational workflows.
Daily Tasks

Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical malfunctions.

Execute equipment changeovers and precise system calibrations.

Minimize production interruptions by reacting quickly to equipment downtime.

Ensure accurate record-keeping and manage spare parts inventory to support team efficiency.

Contribute to broader organizational goals and improvement projects.

Resolve technical challenges with BSM machinery, including sensor errors, thermal regulation, and sealing defects.

Provide technical support to assist in the repair of various production machines.
Required Expertise

Demonstrated proficiency in intermediate-level troubleshooting.

Practical background in maintaining hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Working knowledge of PLC interfaces.

Capability to interpret complex technical schematics and blueprints.

Strong interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with production staff.

Direct experience operating and adjusting Mamata control systems and hardware.
