Duties
- Actively build your CRM and database to assist clients in property searches by understanding their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Negotiate lease agreements, purchase contracts, and other transaction terms to secure optimal outcomes for clients.
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions, client communications, and property listings while fostering strong relationships through excellent communication skills.
