Universal Banker
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to bank customers
- Assist customers with various banking inquiries, including account balances, transactions, and account maintenance
- Process customer requests for new accounts, loans, etc.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Educate customers on bank products and services
- Perform cash management duties, including handling deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing
- Utilize fraud prevention techniques to identify and prevent potential fraudulent activity
- Responsible for understanding and complying with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations
Skills:
- Strong math skills and ability to perform basic math calculations accurately
- Proficient in 10-key typing for efficient data entry
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Familiarity with cash management practices, including debits and credits
- Experience in a banking or financial institution preferred
